3. Products & Availability
We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the quantity of any product at any time without notice. Product images are for illustrative purposes; actual colors may vary slightly due to screen settings. We make every effort to accurately describe our products, but we do not guarantee that descriptions are error-free.
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price and notify you accordingly.
4. Orders & Payment
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is accepted.
All prices are listed in US Dollars. Payment is due in full at the time of checkout. We accept all major credit and debit cards. We do not store your full payment card details.
Sales tax of 6% is applied to orders shipping to Kentucky. No sales tax is applied to orders shipping to other states at this time.
5. Shipping
Shipping rates, delivery estimates, and carrier details are outlined in our Shipping Policy. Divided Styles Dreams is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather events, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
6. Returns & Refunds
Our return and refund policy is governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Swimwear sales are final. Personalized and custom-made items are non-returnable.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, product photographs, and software — is the property of Divided Styles Dreams or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this site without our express written permission.
